THE MSDS REPORT CARD

Print this page to grade your product and compare it to CleanSafe products. The following "report card" grades CleanSafe on hazardous ingredients. If you do not have an SDS, the manufacturer or distributor must provide it if you request it. Review a copy of the SDS for your product. See for yourself that no other Heavy Duty Cleaner does the job so well with so perfect an SDS Report Card.

From all the cleaning product advertisements and brochures that we see, it is easy to get the impression that most industrial cleaning products are powerful, safe, environmentally friendly and reasonably priced and that it would be difficult to distinguish one from another. However, there are major differences among available products, and you can determine many of these by reading the SDS's for those that you are considering.

When reading an SDS, keep in mind that they vary to some extent in the number of sections, order of sections and amount of information given. However, certain mandatory sections are always included and others are usually provided. These sections contain important information that will help you determine whether a particular product presents any health, safety or environmental hazards or could cause any damage to the objects on which you would use it.
