CleanSafe has gone through the rigorous approval process at most major railroads.
 |
Union Pacific Railroad
CleanSafe has been used by the Union Pacific Railroad system-wide for over 9 years. It is used from hand-cleaning locomotives, to the automated wash racks including the high-speed facilities as well as for general cleaning and degreasing of shop floors, etc. There has never been a loss-time injury since the UPRR switched to CleanSafe. It has sucessfully passed all the testing that the UPRR requires: VOC, waste-water, paint damage testing (of which there was no damage) and more. It came out well ahead of all competing products. See photo and demonstration sections for more information. |

Norfolk Southern Conrail
CleanSafe has been through all the testing required by the Norfolk Southern Conrail Railroad and passed with flying colors. In the photo section you can see the oil and water phases separating automatically out of their waste-water spout at the rail yard in Chattanooga, Tennessee. They thoroughly tested the product, and we added a special non-streaking additive to CleanSafe which left the black locomotives with a streak-free finish. |

Burlington Northern Santa Fe
CleanSafe is also approved at the BNSF railroad. Again it passed all the tests required for a cleaner at BNSF. It was independently tested for damage to paint finishes at MMET, Inc. laboratories in Ozark, Missouri. One of the main issues BNSF had was that their current cleaner was damaging paint and they had to repaint more often than they liked. See photo section. |
